All orders placed on Leirick are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or errors in pricing.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Payment must be completed at the time of order
- We use secure payment processing — your payment details are never stored on our servers
- An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email address

Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Leirick is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
- Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery
- You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all packaging
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item
- Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Digital products and custom orders are non-refundable
